This study targets meal kit consumers, We tried to find out which factors were important variables by finding the preceding variables in the eating lifestyle, and to investigate the relationship between meal kit selection attributes and satisfaction. Sampling is for customers who have recently purchased meal kit products, A survey was conducted using convenient sampling. The investigation period was conducted from October 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. 309 copies of the questionnaire were used for analysis. For the collected data, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were performed using the statistical package SPSS 21.0, and multiple regression analysis was performed to verify the hypothesis. The analysis results are as follows: First, as a result of verifying the effect of dietary lifestyle on convenience, health, and quality of meal kit selection attributes, Five components of eating lifestyle (food oriented, economic oriented, product oriented, information oriented, convenience oriented) are positive (+) influences on the convenience of meal kit selection attributes gourmet oriented, economic oriented, product oriented, and convenience oriented was found to have a negative effect, but information orientation was found to have a negative (-) effect. Food orientation, economic orientation, and product orientation were found to have a positive (+) effect on health. Information oriented and convenience oriented were found to have a negative (-) effect. And gastronomy orientation, economic orientation, and convenience orientation were found to have a positive (+) effect on quality, but product orientation and information orientation were found to have a negative (-) effect. Second, as a result of verifying the effect of meal kit selection attributes on satisfaction, it was found that the three constituent factors (convenience, health, quality) of the meal kit selection attributes had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction. However, health was found to have a negative (-) effect. As an implication, This means that if the selection attribute of meal kit for eating lifestyle appears as a practical level of purchase, it can lead to the performance of meal kit. And it can be seen that continuous product development that can satisfy all of taste, price, quality, convenience, and health can affect the satisfaction level of meal kit consumers.
