Based on the theory of evolution, this study classifies the change and development of animation technology into four processes through the history of animation technology. Through the literature review, the theory of animation and evolution and the evolution of art are activities. Recognized as an author, reader, work, and world. Based on this, as an empirical study, the evolution and analysis of animation technology development and change through the three elements of animation, play, music, moving imagery are analyzed in terms of evolution. As a result, the change of animation art was developed within the range of artistic activity elements, and the change was annular looping and circulation form around three elements of animation. Therefore, through this theoretical basis, the change of artistry, despite the remarkable technological development, does not have a large amplitude, so the artistry is enduring in animation art. Based on this research, further research will be conducted on technical evolution.
