This sutdy is about to understand on pre-serviced music teacher’s perception on on-line music classes by teacher training institutes in Korea. Currently COVID-19 effects in social chages in rapid speed. Educational environment based on traditional methods has been dominant before COVID-19, and it is specially true on music teaching, because people’s gathering and being together is important in musical activities. However world class pendemic allows miminal contact among people and it is fundamental requirement for being alive and maintaining a healthy society. Starting from elementary schools & middle schools, university level of educational institutes are also participated in accepting a ‘not-contact’ teaching environment, which is represented by ‘on-line’ teaching. Educational institutes are seriously strived not to compromise the quality of education and to respond the need of learning. For this, they are listen to social requirement, non-contact among people to prevent the spreading pandemic, and decided based on speed and availability, choosing an alternative way to teach, and adapted it into class fully. This study is for understanding on pre-serviced music teachers’ perception on on-line music classes, experienced in universities. For this research, categories are divided into external and internal factors in on-line teaching, including general management condition in teaching, and satisfaction level. Result shows in relatively high satisfaction in personal safety and possibility of self-conducted learning, but lack of opportunity on advanced learning in music, and participation level in musical activities need to be improved.
