The purpose of this paper is to empirically verify the impact of airlines" environmentally friendly management activities on brand loyalty through brand image and brand identification. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on consumers who had experience using airlines, and a total of 305 samples were analyzed. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and mediating effect analysis using SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 26.0. According to the results of this study, first, environmental education, eco-friendly in-flight services, and eco-friendly campaigns were found to have a positive effect on brand image and brand identification. Second, eco-friendly social contributions were found to have a positive effect on brand image but not on brand identification. Third, brand image and brand identification were found to have a positive effect on brand loyalty. Fourth, environmental education, eco-friendly in-flight services, and eco-friendly campaigns were found to have a positive effect on brand loyalty through brand image and brand identification. Fifth, eco-friendly social contributions were found to have a positive effect on brand loyalty through brand image. The findings of this study provide theoretical implications for academia and practical implications for industry practitioners.
