The 2022 revised moral education [Ethics and Thought] curriculum has been set as a revision direction to reflect the changed status as a career elective subject and further solidify the identity of the subject. To this end, while maintaining the 2022 revised curriculum summary and the 2022 revised moral curriculum general summary and hierarchy, first, respond to the change in status as a career elective subject, second, harmonize an approach centered on the history of ethics and a subject-centered selection approach, and third, transformative competencies and the realization of student agency were set as the focus of the revision, and a study on curriculum revision was conducted. This thesis focuses on the secondary research process and suggestions for future research rather than academic discussions on morality and curriculum. Through this, while finishing the first and second research of the 2022 [Ethics and Thought] curriculum revision, the direction, emphasis, and main contents of the revision are shared, and through this, suggestions for the development of the [Ethics and Thought] curriculum in the future its purpose is to do.
