The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on cardiovascular disease risk factors in obesity or hypertension with obesity patients. The subjects of this study were composed obesity patients(Obesity group) and hypertention with obesity patients(Hyper-Ob group) according to the obesity and hypertension level(body mass index(BMI) >25㎏/m2, systolic blood pressor(>160㎜Hg). The Subjects consisted 22 males, 9 females, who was aged 50~62 years. Subjects were trained by aerobic exercise that composed 70% VO2max in intensity, 50-55 min in time, 3day/week in frequency, and 12weeks in duration. In measurement Index, body composition analysis were weight, % body fat, body mass index(BMI), Blood test were measured of serum lipids and Arteriosclerosis Index(AI). And heart stress testing were measured heart rate(HR), systolic and diastolic blood pressor(SBP, DBP). Results of this study were as follows; The weight, % body fat, BMI, and glucose were significantly decreased prior to pre exercise in obesity and Hyper-Ob group. The HDL-C concentration were significantly increased prior to pre exercise in all groups. The SBP, triglycerid(TG), very low lipoprotein cholesterol(VLDL-C) were significantly decreased prior to pre exercise in obesity group but not changed in Hyper-Ob group. These data suggest that the aerobic exercise is an effective to improve cardiovascular disease(CVD) risk factors in hypertension with obesity or obesity patients.
