This study performed an exercise training program to 24 obese women to find out how the different order of exercise training program affected the body composition factor and blood lipid. The participants were put into 2 groups and the order of exercise applied to each group was reversed; Experimental group(WAG, AWG) and control group(CG). The conclusions of the study are as follows. The comparison of measurements of the pre and post body composition factors of the two groups showed that there was a significantly meaningful reduction in the body weight, body mass index, waist hip ratio and body fat in both groups but significant increase in body muscle mass showed only in the group that had anaerobic exercise first. According to the measurements of blood lipid, T-C, TG, LDL-C appeared to have statistically significant difference in the group that had anaerobic exercise first compared with its counterpart. In the measurements of HDL-C, both groups showed significant increase. However, in the comparison group the T-C, TG, LDL-C increased with significance and HDL-C decreased. Thus, we can conclude that the training program where the anaerobic exercise is followed by aerobic exercise is more effective in increasing muscle mass and reducing body fat and blood cholesterol.
