These carriers have been had the need to seek ways to improve quality and service differentiation to gain a competitive advantage to survive in times of severe changes. In order to improve the quality of airline services and research to provide the various implications of the job performance of the cabin crew it was attempted. The purpose of this study was that Big Five personality dimensions affect networking behavior targeting airline cabin crew and networking behaviors can determine the effect on job performance. The factors of the Big Five personality dimensions were divided into extroversion, neuroticism, openness, friendliness and integrity. The factors of the networking behavior were separated by horizontal behavior networking and vertical networking behavior. A data collection methods for the empirical analysis of this study are limited by the target domestic and international airline cabin crew were a simple random Sampling. As a result, Integrity, openness, neuroticism was analyzed by a significant impact on the horizontal behavior networking and vertical networking behavior. In addition, horizontal networking behavior, and vertical networking behavior have been analyzed a significant impact on the job performance. These results provide several academic and practical implications.
