The Effects of Organizational Culture of Early Childhood Education Institutions on Early Childhood Teachers’ EarlyAdaptation and Commitment to ChangeKyoungmin Park & Hangjoon ChoiAbstract: This study confirms that early childhood teachers’ commitment to change is a critical factor in improving the quality of early childhood education, and aims to prepare a foundation that will help early childhood education institutions adapt to change and commitment to change in the future. This study conducted a survey of early childhood teachers working at early childhood education institutions, and the results were derived through Pearson’s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. This study examined how the organizational culture of early childhood education institutions affects early childhood teachers’ early adaptation and change commitment, Results indicate that when teachers feel a sense of belonging in the institution, they develop a positive perception of the organization and demonstrate an attitude of willingness to accept change, leading to a commitment to change in the new organization. In conclusion, it is suggested that the head of the institute and fellow teachers will provide emotional support to the early-entry teachers, and the early childhood teachers will maximize their self-efficacy, ultimately leading to high-quality early childhood education.Key Words: Organizational Culture, Early Childhood Education Institution, Early Adaptation, Commitment to Change, Early Childhood Teacher
