The worker who earnstheir incomes for living from current employment market, they may look for their employment opportunity through the market. Nevertheless, the current employment market is disparity by insuperable economic stagnation and industrial restructuring. Therefore, the joblessness is one of inexorable maligns under laissez-faire economic (market economy) structure. A few developed countries and Japan was so pretentious towards noticeably low on unemployment rate, but their Employment market hastily exacerbated and confronted a mass unemployment crisis since 1990's. This sort of phenomenon will create not only for labour issues but it also became the major sociological affairs for modem industrial society.
The Labour law expedites the Rights of Labour during its constitutive phase; furthermore our Constitution section 32 recognizes and stipulates its importance in part by employment and unemployment. As consequence it follows that the labour law constitutes with laws on the individual employment relationship, it intends adequate proviso for the employee. (As an employed worker) Collective industrial relations acts, to secure improvement of social and economical standards through collective autonomy. Through Employment Guarantee Act, to prevent unemployment, re-assign the employment and it supports the living under their joblessness condition.
As matter of fact, Employment and Unemployment creates severe sociological and economical crisis it does requires provision of Employment Guarantee Act with proviso to utilizing effective employment and promoting re-assign the unemployed. Other stipulations as follow; Basic Employment Policy Act, Employment Security Act, Vocational Training Promotion Act, Employment Insurance Act, Labour Lease Act, Handicapped and Aged Labour Employment promotion Act
This is a brief summary regarding employment market reform and current legislature trend of Employment Security System to obtain its antidote and comprehend such issues.
