The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of childcare teacher expertise and job stress on teacher-infant interaction for childcare teachers to reveal variables that affect childcare teacher expertise, job stress, and teacher-infant interaction. To this end, the expertise and job stress of 30 children located at G Metropolitan City, 1 and second-year-old homeroom teacher-young, and job stress on mutual interaction. As a result of the study, the professionalism of childcare teachers had a positive correlation with teacher-infant interaction, and the job stress of childcare teachers and teacher-infant interaction had a significant negative correlation. Through the results of this study, we would like to suggest that efforts are needed to improve the quality of the infant education field by providing specific data for the development and implementation of various educational programs for childcare teachers to improve the expertise of childcare teachers and relieve their job stress.
