The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of teachers’ implementation of children’s right respect on perception of children’s right and teacher-child conflictual relationship. This study involved 360 child-care teachers from 98 daycare centers in Seoul, In-cheon, Gyeong-gi, and Chung-nam provinces. The data were collected through survey questionnaires completed by teachers, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, three-step mediated regression analysis, and a Sobel test. The result of the study indicate that teachers’ implementation of children’s right respect had a complete mediating effect on the relationship between perception of children’s right and teacher-child conflictual relationship.
